frustrated about gw-support

I ordered and paid my version of Poseidon and Gentleware neither sends me a final key, nor responds to my emails to the support or contact address.

Has the company gone dormant?

Does anyone know how long they need to reply or whether people who only paid the academic price are ignored by Gentleware support?

My preliminary licence expired and I would like to use the software.

Last time it all took very long time for me, i did wait 3 weeks to get it work.

I did send them 3 email also
