No answer to support requests

I have submitted 3 support requests last week (first on 17.09.2009) and still have no news. It is pretty trivial stuff too, so there is no need for investigation.

What is the usual support response time you have experienced?

Got answer from Gentleware support

I got an answer on the same day I posted the forum topic. The support was helpful and could sort out my issues.

After the initial lag, the answers were much faster: 24 hours or 8 working hours.

I shall post the replys in my other forum topics for all.
